The plastic pallets washing machine is designed for two-person operation / continuous operation, pass-through tunnel cleaning machine.

Workflow

This machine is a straight-through tunnel cleaner. This cleaner cleans oil and dirt adhering to plastic pallets (except for old, damaged plastic, firmly adhered contaminants, and contaminants that have been left untreated for a long time).

If you require that the cleaned mold surface is not wet or dry, we must add a drying unit. But this machine is not equipped with a drying function; it only has a washing, brushing, and water removal function.

The pallet is manually placed into the infeed channel of the washing machine.

Pre-cleaning and degreasing the pallet (hot water + alkaline detergent) in the first cleaning stage.

The second cleaning stage is carried out with 5 bar pressure and hot water as a medium to rinse off diluted oil and other contaminants.

The third stage of cleaning is carried out on the pallet with clean water, but in this process, water is not circulated and is drained directly after rinsing the pallet, and this process is optional.

The pallets are surface de-watered in a de-watering zone consisting of fans and air ducts.

Pallets arrive at the unloading station and are manually transferred outside the machine work area.
