The Kanzda Pallet Box Washer is designed for cleaning large plastic pallet boxes and bulk containers. In this video, we demonstrate the complete washing process, including the main wash and rinse stages, showing how dirt and residues are removed from the boxes. The machine uses a recirculating washing system with a removable filter screen to collect debris during operation. The video also shows how the filter can be removed for routine cleaning and maintenance. Operator safety is an important part of the machine’s design. At the end of the video, we demonstrate the automatic safety stop function. If someone enters the working area while the pallet box is being lifted, the machine immediately stops its movement. The Pallet Box Washer can be customized to accommodate different box dimensions and washing requirements.
